At Petly Pro, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your pet food or supplies, we offer a simple and straightforward return/exchange process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe

All return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of the purchase or delivery date.

Returns or exchanges requested after 5 days will not be accepted.
Product Condition Requirements

Items must be new, unopened, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Products that are opened, used, or damaged (including damage caused during return shipping) are not eligible for a refund.
Las Vegas & Local Orders

Local customers in the Las Vegas Tri-State area may return or exchange qualifying products in person or through our delivery team.
Orders Shipped Outside Las Vegas

For orders shipped outside the Las Vegas area, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Supplements & Medications

We do not accept returns or exchanges on pet supplements.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged medication, we will gladly replace it or process a refund after reviewing the case.
